Coach Ama
what made you become a coach?
When I left the engineering field, I had been working as an engineer for almost 7 years; I had no idea that I did not know anything about running a business. Tony Robbins says, "success is 80% psychology and 20% skill", and I obviously focused on the 20% right out of the gate. Due to me not having the business knowledge at a high school and tertiary level, when I jumped into the business world I failed very fast.
Had I known about my talents and capabilities, I would have ventured directly into the field of study that was aligned with my talents and values, and ultimately work in the respective industry or start my own business in a similar field. The drive behind what I do is to help people be in careers and businesses that are aligned with their true selves - resulting in them living a fulfilled life.
